Not sure if it's close enough to matter, but the line "of what these cryptic symbols mean", might've been an unintentional reference to Palmcorder Yanja by The Mountain Goats.
lyrics
you can save yourself or save your soul / maybe try to do something in between
but i must confess i dont know the rest / of what these cryptic symbols mean
so wont you leave my boat in the dock / we will enter the tower hand in hand
even if we dont make it in one piece / i have but one more command
wont you kiss me dear right on the lips / cover my pale face with your lipstick marks
so when i come to i wont feel blue / theyll just find my smiling face in the city park
theyll just find my smiling face in the city park
Amazingly candid, serene and endearing. The radiohead influence on this album is abundantly clear and it channels feelings of nostalgia to me that make it hard to put down. Definite must listen to anyone who has an affinity for ambient, lo-fi, almost psychedelic styles. jizzyjazz-
Daily focus-training coupled with strong work ethics pointed toward making life more bearable for others, could turn around this age for the better. This album is beautiful. A force for good. CHOSEN
